The Big Voice London team consists of:
a Management Board that oversees the long-term aims of the project;
the CEO, who sets the strategic direction for the charity;
the Coordinators, who assist with the day-to-day running of the projects; and
the Group Leaders and Volunteers, who volunteer their time to assist in the running of the various activities.
Each of these individuals from diverse backgrounds bring different skills and insights and provide the charity with the guidance and support in going forward. We hold quarterly board meetings, where all decisions relating to the direction of the organisation are made.
